Orders are not shipped on Sundays or national holidays.

If your order is delayed due to stock availability or courier-related issues, we will notify you via email, phone, or WhatsApp.

There are no hidden charges or minimum order value requirements.

Whether you order a single bracelet or a complete spiritual collection, shipping is always 100% FREE.

SECTION 3 – ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT ON ONLINE PAYMENTS 💰

We encourage prepaid payments for a faster and smoother delivery experience.

Customers who choose Online Payment methods such as:

• Wallets

may receive special promotional discounts from time to time.

Note:
Any applicable discount will be automatically applied during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may not be eligible for certain promotional offers.

SECTION 4 – DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

• Express Delivery (Selected Locations): 2–4 Business Days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

SECTION 5 – ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Tracking ID via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

You can track your shipment directly using the courier partner's tracking link.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

SECTION 6 – UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT 🎥

To help us process claims efficiently:

• Record a clear unboxing video while opening your parcel.
• Ensure the outer packaging and shipping label are clearly visible.
• Show the complete product in the video.

This unboxing video is mandatory for any damage, missing item, or wrong product claims.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

SECTION 7 – DELIVERY ISSUES

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Share your Order ID and unboxing video.

Our support team will review the issue and assist you accordingly.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

• Incorrect shipping details
• Customer unavailability
• Refusal to accept delivery

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Such orders may not qualify for free re-delivery.

If your shipment appears delayed or lost:

• Our team will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the shipment.

While ISHWARO cannot guarantee courier performance once the package is handed over, we will provide full assistance until the issue is resolved.

Currently, ISHWARO ships only within India.

International shipping services may be introduced in the future.
