REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At ISHWARO, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

SECTION 1 – RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• The return request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

• A valid proof of purchase (Order ID or Invoice) must be provided.

• A clear unboxing video is mandatory.

Customers must record a complete unboxing video showing:

• The sealed package before opening
• Shipping label clearly visible
• Complete unpacking process
• Product condition after opening

Without a valid unboxing video, return, replacement, or refund requests may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Spiritual Products

Due to the sacred and personalized nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Energized Rudraksha products
• Energized gemstones and crystals
• Customized rings, bracelets, pendants, or malas
• Personalized spiritual remedies and custom-made products

SECTION 2 – RETURN PROCESS

To request a return:

  1. Email us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include:
    • Order ID
    • Product Name
    • Reason for Return
    • Unboxing Video

  3. Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions if eligible.

  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.

SECTION 3 – REFUND METHOD

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Important Notes

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) handling charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

• For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products, ISHWARO may offer either:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund, depending on product availability and circumstances.

SECTION 4 – NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

• Customized or personalized products

• Energized Rudraksha, gemstones, crystals, or spiritual items

• Digital products, reports, consultations, or downloadable content

• Gift cards and promotional items

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

SECTION 5 – LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary.

  3. Wait a few business days for the transaction to reflect.

If you still have not received your refund, please contact our support team.

SECTION 6 – CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the Return & Refund Policy.

Customized, energized, or personalized products cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
